Summary: This book is actually a novel. But it does a fantastic job demonstrating failures and then resurrection of a change management process for an IT department. This could be applicable to any service department or business. But it added the drama of a novel, to the point where I was reliving the trauma of past work environments.
Why should I read it/what does it have to do with ISO: All of the ISO standards require change to be managed effectively. And this book describes the pit falls and shows one way to get out of it. As well as providing some good examples of continual improvement through constraint management.
