Ivana Strgacic, P.Eng, M.Sc.
President
Over the past twenty-five years, Ivana has helped hundreds of clients, educating her work as an auditor, consultant, and trainer in management system and legal compliance issues. She has deep experience with Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality standards, helping clients achieve certification in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, COR (Certificate of Recognition) and DWQMS. She is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and workshops.

Nadiya Cherniy, B. Eng
EHS Consultant
Nadiya is an experienced environmental health and safety (EHS) professional with proven experience in implementing and maintaining Environmental, Health & Safety, and Drinking Water Quality Management Systems including audits, investigations, documentation reviews, and root cause analysis. Over the past 20 years, Nadiya has worked extensively on Occupational Health and Safety projects as an Occupational Safety Engineer, has consulted with organizations regarding pollutant release and provided health and safety support to municipal water operations. She has practical knowledge of Federal and Provincial Environmental Health and Safety legislation, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and DWQMS. Nadiya has hands-on experience in performing Environmental and OH&S compliance audits via regulatory environmental/safety and management system audits at multiple client sites.
Thomas Barnes, M.A.Sc., P.Eng
Consultant
Thomas Barnes is a licensed professional engineer with over twenty-five years of experience working with industry, including automotive, manufacturing, processing, maintenance, and quality engineering. He is a qualified and experienced Internal Auditor for Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. He also has extensive experience with implementation of management systems, training, and consulting to support activities such as process improvement, corrective action, and continual improvement.
Samarth Bhatt, MSPM, MTech.
Experienced project management and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional with 5+ years of combined experience in compliance management, policy development, project management, ISO implementation, and EHS program implementation in water, wastewater and solid waste management sectors, within public and private sectors. Proven ability to lead audits, develop and deliver EHS training, conduct risk assessments, and maintain regulatory compliance. Trained and experienced to auditing of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, as well as, waste audits.
