Ivana Strgacic
Ivana has a B.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Environment and Management. During more than 15 years of experience, she has experience with:
- The implementation processes of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Implementation of the Drinking Water Quality Management Systems (DWQMS) required under the Ontario Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 for various municipalities
- Developing and delivering training courses for management teams and employees
- Specializing in audits of many different industries
- Course developer and instructor for courses granted approved CEUs by the OWWCO
- Instructor for Environmental Auditing Courses of the Environmental Controls Post Graduate Program at the Sheridan College
- Contract Instructor for Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

Dagmara Makarski, M.A.Sc., P.Eng
Dagmara graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Applied Science and Engineering – Aerospace Option – from the University of Toronto. Her background includes work in the automotive, aerospace and custom machinery manufacturing. She is a professional Engineer and a proud member of PEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario). In the past decade, Dagmara has specialized in aerospace quality management and is a certified Exemplar Global (formerly RAB/QSA) Lead Auditor. Dagmara is an experienced consultant and instructor specializing in improving processes and aligning them with the requirements of technical and international standards. Her strengths include leadership, project management, communication skills and attention to detail.
